AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Arabic expert reviewer to evaluate generalist model outputs against a versioned rubric. You will label edge cases, assign severity tags, and provide written rationales to help retrain the model for improved accuracy.

The role emphasizes cross-checking paired responses, documenting recurring failure modes, and maintaining high reviewer-quality scores with weekly calibration against gold-standard examples. This is a CONTRACTOR, remote position.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on arabic generalist evaluation or adjacent content for Arabic expert work.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Experience with inter-rater agreement metrics and calibration cycles.
