Job summary

Rockmart Fuel Containment seeks an AR&T Engineer to design and develop materials and manufacturing processes for existing and new products. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals are met while solving complex engineering problems.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in mechanical, industrial, or aerospace-related engineering, with strong analytical, communication, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in mechanical, industrial or aerospace-related engineering.
• Strong understanding of materials and processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and precisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of new materials and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee all phases of materials and process engineering, including equipment selection and trials.
• Provide innovative chemical/material engineering solutions to support business development and regulatory compliance.
