Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR function in a manufacturing setting in Freehold Township, NJ. The role is 100% on-site, full-time, with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year.

The successful candidate will supervise AR staff, manage billing, collections, and cash flow, and partner with other departments to improve processes. ERP experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Hands-on AR with ERP system experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely AR activities.
• Supervise and mentor AR staff, including work assignments, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee customer billing and invoicing, collections, payment processing, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Monitor AR aging and actively drive collection efforts to improve cash flow while maintaining customer relationships.
• Identify discrepancies and issues, researching and resolving billing/payment variances.
