Job summary

TreviPay is seeking a Director of Receivables Strategy & Performance to own the strategy, standards, and performance discipline of receivables across our client portfolio. This role partners with CX and Credit & Risk to align on scoring, treatment, and escalation, while leading the Cash Management and Arbitration/Disputes functions.

You will set standard practices, drive portfolio health, and provide leadership visibility into risks and opportunities on a defined cadence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience across multi-client portfolios.
• Deep command of AR portfolio management, exposure control, and DSO metrics.
• Proven ability to drive standards through influence, without direct authority over the teams.
• B2B payments or transactions industry background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the receivables performance standard across TreviPay’s full client portfolio.
• Set collections segmentation, dunning cadences, and escalation playbooks.
• Lead the collections and write-off treatment standards and operational exposure management.
• Partner with Credit & Risk to translate analytics into collections prioritization, treatment, and escalation standards.
• Set DSO, past-due %, and aging-bucket targets; own portfolio forecasting and performance management.
