Job summary

XiFin, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Pharmacy to join our finance team. This role will be based onsite in San Diego or Dallas, supporting billing, payments, and customer inquiries with a strong focus on accuracy and timely collections.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented mindset, solid communication skills, and 2+ years of AR/collections experience. This role requires detail-oriented, organized, and proactive work style and the ability to collaborate with

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts receivable.
• Make daily collection and payment status calls.
• Answer incoming customer calls and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Uncover and resolve billing/payment issues in a timely manner.
• Work with operations and customer support departments to resolve customer disputes.

About the Role

The AR Specialist communicates with customers regarding billing, payments, and other related questions, ensuring that financial targets for the organization are maintained. The best candidate for the position is comfortable talking regularly on the phone with customers, with strong problem solving and collaboration skills. Pay Transparency

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected hourly pay rate for this role is $24.00 to $26.00, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
