Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking an AR Specialist II to independently manage physician billing, denials, and follow-up with payers. You will analyze EOBs, post payments, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement in a busy health system.

You will leverage strong denial management skills, EMR systems, and HIPAA-compliant practices while collaborating with accounting and clinic teams to improve financial performance and patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of physician billing experience.
• Experience with Rural Health Clinic or Provider-Based Billing preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in analyzing insurance denials and producing appeals.

Responsibilities
