Job summary

Ni2 Health, part of Infinx, is seeking an AR Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate will manage revenue cycle processes and involve billing, collections, and denial management. With at least 5 years of experience in hospital AR billing, excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential. The position is fully remote and offers a comprehensive compensation package including health benefits and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Hospital and/or Physician AR Billing.
• Experience with claims follow-up and denial management.
• Experience with Veterans Administration payers preferred.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Position is fully remote.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of Hospitaland/or Physician ARBilling Experience Required
• Experience with claims follow-up and denial management required
• Experience with Veterans Administration payers preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Proficiency with Epic preferred
• Proficiency with various billing systems: Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, Etc.
