Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of physician billing experience.
• Experience with Rural Health Clinic or Provider-Based Billing preferred but not required.
• Proficient in analyzing denials and posting payments.
• HIPAA compliant with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance denials and appeals.
• Troubleshoot account issues including demographic and authorization concerns.
• Process refunds and reconcile bank deposits.
• Review EOBs for correct payment posting.
• Collaborate with accounting and management to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and perform claim resubmissions.
