Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or Finance or 18 months in a Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing activities.
• Interpret contracts and enter information in PS or other billing systems to create invoices.
• Recognize revenue to correct GL strings.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual billings and credit memos.
• Perform routine checks and balances with other employees.
• Maintain files and accounting documentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
