Job summary

• ARDMS certification or registry eligible is required.
• Iowa license is required.
• Must demonstrate cooperative, courteous and dependable working performance.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic sonography exams with careful attention to detail in abdomen and OB/GYN.
• Adheres to ALARA and safety practices while minimizing exposure.
• Documents procedures, patient history and quality control per guidelines.
• Mentors students and supports departmental education as needed.
• Maintains equipment readiness and supplies and communicates issues promptly.
