Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 4+ years of accounting experience.
• At least one year of management experience is required.
• Experience in performance management of direct reports is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries about account status.
• Learn and master FirstService Residential’s accounting system.
• Accurately process assessments and non-recurring charges to homeowner accounts.
• Process daily cash receipts and handle exceptions.
• Ensure timely processing of assessment statement mailings.
• Perform delinquency actions as per company policies.
• Maintain AR documentation electronically.
• Produce and distribute monthly reports related to delinquency.
