Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an AR Specialist in Utah with a 7am-5pm Mountain Standard Time schedule. The role focuses on denials, appeals, aging reports, and following up on unpaid medical claims.

You will contact insurance companies, send medical records, and coordinate with coding on denials to ensure timely processing. Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of medical terminology, and 1–3 years in health care with third-party reimbursement.

• Manage denials and appeals and aging reports.

• Send medical records and request additional information to process claims.
• Collaborate with coding staff on denials and payor issues.

Education/Experience
