Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Cost accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close journal entries and related reconciliations.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, petty cash, and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare prepaid reconciliations and monthly amortization entries.
• Create manual invoices.
• Assist with audits and reporting.
