You will join a collaborative revenue cycle team at the headquarters in Marietta, GA, responsible for optimizing clean claim rates and revenue recovery while meeting daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in back-end medical billing, AR follow-up, or insurance collections.
• Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, remittance advice, and denial codes.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes and contracted rates.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with PM/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR aging and prioritize accounts to maximize recovery.
• Identify and resolve claim holds, rejections, and unpaid balances.
• Post insurance payments and reconcile with contracts.
• Conduct collections follow-up with payers and patients.
• Coordinate with billing, coding and clinical teams for appeals.
• Generate AR, denial, and collection reports to identify trends.
