Your responsibilities will involve proactive collections outreach, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and facilitating payment method setups. In addition, exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce AR aging and improve collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable aging for district accounts.
• Execute collections outreach with defined touchpoints.
• Provide documentation for legal escalations.
