Tagawa Greenhouse Enterprises is hiring an Accounting Specialist (AP/AR Clerk) in Brighton, CO. The role focuses on daily AR tasks and supporting AP duties within the Finance Department.

The position is in-person with a typical 40–50 hour week and potential extra hours during peak season. The team seeks a candidate with at least 2 years in AR/AP accounting, strong Excel abilities, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting experience in AR or AP
• Ability to reconcile balances and research discrepancies
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and post to customer accounts
• Audit invoices prior to posting and enter adjustments
• Verify payments and resolve discrepancies with internal/external contacts
• Send invoices via electronic or physical methods as required
• Prepare month-end reports and reconcile ledgers
• Assist with AR and AP duties and related reporting
• Support additional projects in the greenhouse as needed
