Aqua Tots Swim School - Aqua Tots Novi, LLC is seeking an Aquatics Manager in Farmington Hills to lead a busy aquatic program. You will schedule classes, train staff, manage performance, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for families and guests.

The role is salaried, with a 40–45 hour work week including rotation of one weekend day, and opportunities for growth. Prior swim experience and leadership background are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years swim experience
• 2 years management or leadership experience
• Availability to work full time
• Must be able to rotate weekend shift (Sat/Sun) 8:30am-3pm
• Able to lead a team and partner with GM/GSM to create a positive environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
