Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is seeking an energetic Aquatics Manager to lead a busy team in Troy, MI. This salaried leadership role requires strong multitasking, organization, and the ability to manage and support staff while coordinating with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager.

The position is full-time (40–45 hours weekly) with evenings and one weekend day required, and starting pay around $50,000+ per year based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of swim experience.
• 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Availability to work full-time, 40-45 hours per week.
• Evening availability and one weekend shift per week.
• Ability to manage, lead, and support a team.
• Ability to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
