Aquatics Swim Instructor (Paid Training)

Join our fun and dynamic team!

At British Swim School, you have the opportunity to teach water safety skills that can save lives. Our students are primarily preschool and elementary-aged children, and our staff enjoy working with this age group while providing reassurance to parents. Experience working with children or in child-focused environments is preferred but not required if you demonstrate the right attitude. We offer paid, structured training in our unique British Swim School methodology.

Position: Swim Instructor (training provided)

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour

After completing training, you will teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills to students of all ages and abilities, following safety policies and attending ongoing training to stay current with standards.

• No prior competitive swimming or instruction experience is necessary.

Requirements:

• Confident in water and familiar with all four strokes
• Complete our paid training program
• Enjoy working positively with children and adults of varying abilities
• Upbeat attitude and enthusiasm for fun at work
• Must be 17 or older

Preferred:

• Teaching or coaching experience
• CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certifications
