Job summary

Upper Perkiomen YMCA, 1399 Quakertown Rd, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, United States of America, is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our YMCA aquatic programs at the Upper Perkiomen branch. You will oversee lifeguards and swim instructors, ensure safety and quality, and drive member-focused services across all pool activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and strong member relations while promoting the YMCA mission and a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in related field.
• Currents lifeguard and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the delivery of quality within the YMCA aquatic department.
• Ensure lifeguards and swim instructors are trained and meet member needs and YMCA standards.
• Monitor all aquatic programs for safety, quality and member service.
• Develop relationships with members and obtain regular feedback on programs.
• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate staffing of pool and programs.
