Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced club environment, overseeing both indoor and outdoor pools while ensuring top-tier customer service and safety for members and guests.

You will manage and train Aquatics Team Members, maintain pool facilities, and promote Life Time swim programming, contributing to a safe, clean and welcoming aquatic space across the club.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first). For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C.
• Some college or working towards a 4 year degree

Years of Experience

• 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
