Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and develop our aquatic team across indoor and outdoor pools. You will help members improve swimming, ensure safety, and maintain clean facilities while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and operational excellence within a fast-paced club environment, with an emphasis on safety standards and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

• 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first). For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college or working towards a 4 year degree
