Job summary

Kingman Healthcare’s Del E. Webb Wellness and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of pool patrons and respond to emergencies. Certifications in Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR are required, with strong swimming skills and clear instruction in emergencies.

The Lifeguard will supervise pool areas, enforce rules, monitor water quality, maintain records, and participate in trainings to support a safe aquatic environment.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• CPR certification through AHA/BLS with AED or Red Cross required.
• Thorough knowledge of lifeguarding, surveillance, and rescue techniques.

Responsibilities

• General supervision of pool areas.
• Enforce pool rules, regulations and policies to maintain safety.
• General cleaning/maintenance of aquatics area.
• Monitor water quality in pool, spa, and therapy pool.
• Knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals.
• Knowledge of pool programs and events.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Complete records and reports.
• Participate in in-service trainings.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies.
• Report irregularities to Aquatics Manager/Director.
• Supervise pool area to maintain safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
