Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Westwood, KY is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Aquatics Manager across Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more. You will ensure the department runs safely and profitably while supervising all team members.

The role requires lifeguard certification and swimming ability, along with supervisory experience. You will cast, train, and develop staff, and deliver an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Assist to cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals.
• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to all member inquiries in a professional way.
