Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing all programs, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters Swim.

You will help ensure safe operations and sound finances, while directly managing team members within the department. The role emphasizes staff development, customer service excellence, and delivering high-quality aquatic programs for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Minimum requirement: ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Minimum requirement: swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and return to surface without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in casting, training and developing Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage Aquatics department finances to meet goals.
• Ensure safe, friendly experiences for members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries professionally.
