The Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center is seeking a part-time Aquatics Program Coordinator to support the Aquatics Manager in the smooth operation of all aquatic programs. Responsibilities include coordinating swim lessons, assisting with assessments, and teaching when needed. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in aquatics and strong organizational and communication skills to enhance program quality and participant satisfaction. Flexible scheduling is available during weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aquatics as an instructor and/or lifeguard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate private swim lessons.
• Assist with instructor and group lesson assessments.
• Teach lessons as needed.
• Complete other delegated tasks to support daily operations.
