Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor in Marysville, OH to lead a small team of lifeguards and deliver engaging, safe aquatics programming in a corporate fitness setting. You will own and grow the program while ensuring a positive member experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a corporate environment. A stable, full-time schedule with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification with CPR/AED/FA.
• American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification.
• 2+ years of aquatics experience, with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise lifeguards and swim instructors.
• Develop and implement Learn to Swim, water safety, and aquatic health programs.
• Instruct swim lessons.
• Serve as Lifeguard and Facility Supervisor as needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance and cleaning.
