Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager in Alabama to support the Manager in overseeing all programs in the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters Swim.

You will help manage team members, ensure safety and financial performance, and respond professionally to member inquiries, with the goal of delivering a safe, engaging environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of customer service experience.
• Requires 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Requires 1 year of swim instruction/coaching experience.
• Requires 2 years of lifeguard experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist to cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Assist to manage Aquatics financials to meet goals.
• Ensure safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries professionally.
