Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville, IL seeks an Aquatics Assistant Manager to help the Manager oversee Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters, and more, ensuring safe, engaging operations and sound finances.

You will lead and develop the Aquatics Team, manage daily processes, and collaborate with members and guests to drive department goals while upholding Life Time's commitment to an inclusive, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to tread water for 1 minute.
• Able to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom and return to the surface.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certification (or bridge to StarGuard within 1st year or as current expires).

Responsibilities

• Helps cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Helps manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals.
• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Responds professionally to member inquiries.
