Job summary

Joint Region Marianas Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) in Guam is seeking an Aquatics Program Manager to oversee a comprehensive aquatics program for active duty, retirees, civilians, and dependents across multiple facilities. The role includes safety oversight, water rescues, equipment management, and developing emergency response training.

The incumbent will coordinate activities with the Fitness Division, lead staff, ensure adherence to DoD/CNIC standards, and contribute to safety/risk

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees emergency medical and rescue training, public education and other related educational and functional duties.
• Teaches swimming skills and basic diving for all age groups.
• Plans and coordinates recurring and non-recurring activities, events, and joint undertakings within the assigned program to maximize resources.
• Schedules recreation facilities and supervises facility condition and safety guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, health and safety regulations and DoD/CNIC policies.
