Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is looking for an Aquatics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aquatics program. You'll ensure safety standards, manage instructors, and teach swim lessons to children and adults.

This role offers competitive pay between $21 and $24 per hour based on experience, and part-time or full-time hours with evening and weekend shifts.

We prioritize water safety and offer training and development opportunities to grow within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work pool shifts for at least 4 hours at a time.
• Experience in child-focused roles is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training for lifeguard certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the aquatics program.
• Train and manage swim instructors.
• Interact with customers on the pool deck.
• Teach swim lessons to children and adults.

Skills
