The Position:
The School Operations Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their school assignment(s) and ensuring that the entire British Swim School program is delivered with our required high-quality standards, and in a safe and timely manner.

Your Typical Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur
  • Manage social media posts for assigned school(s).
  • As a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) inspect pool equipment, maintain proper pool chemical levels, and record pool conditions to ensure that the pool conditions are compliant with state and county requirements/laws.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
  • Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
