Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Springboro, OH is seeking an Aquatic Manager to lead the instructor team, oversee lesson quality, and ensure pool safety and smooth operations.

The role requires flexible availability, strong leadership, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for growth within a mission-driven swim school.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Instructor Team: Hire, train, coach, and support aquatic teammates while conducting instructor assessments and providing real-time feedback.
• Maintain Lesson Quality: Observe lessons and ensure instructors follow Aqua-Tots curriculum and safety standards.
• Ensure Pool Safety & Operations: Maintain pool safety, cleanliness, and lesson quality while monitoring safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Support School Operations: Partner with the General Manager to support daily school operations, maintain facility and brand standards, and assist with operational needs across the school.
• Support Scheduling & Coverage: Assist with instructor scheduling and ensure proper coverage to support daily operations.
• Create Excellent Family Experiences: Build strong relationships with families, address aquatic-related concerns, and support student progression.

Pay Range: $35,000-$40,000 a yearplus opportunity for monthly bonuses
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the school and season.
