Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks an Aquatics Lifeguard to maintain pool safety and assist Members in a fast-paced, recreation-focused environment. You will monitor indoor and outdoor pools, supervise water slides, and help coordinate aquatics events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza.

The role emphasizes safety-mindedness and excellent customer service while engaging with Members and supporting pool operations. Training and certifications are required to ensure readiness for daily lifeguarding duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certification are required (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with Members.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid when needed.
• Ensure swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities.
• Keep the pool area clean and orderly to ensure Member safety.
