Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires).
• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with Members.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
• Ensure swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous areas and activities.
• Keep the pool area clean and orderly to ensure safety.
