Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure safe, clean pool environments for members across indoor and outdoor facilities. You will monitor decks, assist with events, and provide top‑notch customer service to members and guests.

The role requires guarding pools, responding to emergencies, and maintaining high safety standards while supporting fun aquatic events. A safety mindset and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or in progress.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification with BLS CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and return to surface.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid.
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous areas and activities.
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly for safety.
