Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification from a recognized organization.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool operations to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee daily pool deck activities and facility cleanliness.
• Support member engagement and aquatic program success.
• Provide leadership to Aquatics staff and attend required trainings.
• Enforce facility rules and respond to emergencies as needed.
