Position Overview

Aquatics Director
Leadership Team at Kids First Sports Center
The Swim School at Kids First is hiring! We are a local privately owned children’s swim program inside Kids First Sports Center in the Cincinnati suburbs of Ohio. We are currently seeking a highly organized, ambitious individual with an emphasis on Aquatic Operations to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create systems and schedules to maximize pool space and programming
2. Collaborate and create innovative program curriculum and schedule that align with our mission
3. Assist in leading a team of up to 40 employees to foster a positive and productive work environment
4. Develop staff to ensure high-quality program delivery
5. Maintain class mix based upon space and demand, to maximize pool efficiency and student volume
6. Drive new clients and nurture existing client relationships to ensure program growth and satisfaction
7. Maintain a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends to meet program needs

Qualifications

1. Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within an education or sports setting for kids
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Ability to positively impact staff and students
4. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for early childhood development
5. Full-time position (40 hours)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $48,000-$52,000 annually
