We are looking for an Aquatics Coordinator to be part of our growing Goldfish Swim School Springfield location. We are seeking a self starter who is motivated to grow and succeed!

Very competitive compensation based on experience.

Hourly Rate: $20 - $21

Responsibilities:

1. Directs and controls the daily operations, ensuring the school is running according to GSS standards.
2. Oversees Aquatics scores and initiatives within the EOS system.
3. Leads the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity, excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction.
4. Initiates and oversees workplace culture and employee interaction.
5. Oversees the opening and closing process. Maintains the Pump Room.
6. Oversees safety and aquatics inventory.
7. Oversees and/or assists with all In-Services and Workshops.
8. Oversees and maintains a high level of lesson quality, meeting CTC standards, and leading the industry.
9. Oversees and coordinates all aquatics systems, accountability, and roles.
10. Oversees all Aquatics training & development.
11. Oversees our non-competitive swim team, Swim Force.
12. Provides quarterly feedback to the Deck Supervisor and Golden Teacher teams. (GSR)
13. Participates in teaching lessons and/or Deck Supervising at least once a week to maintain 100% Lesson Quality.
14. Directs and oversees the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility and trains all current staff on the GSS EAP.
15. Maintains current certifications and stays up-to-date professionally on the aquatics and management field.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 2 year experience in coordinating, training, and supervising.
3. Customer service, relationship building, and sales experience preferred
4. 1 year aquatics experience - Lifeguarding, coaching, teaching, and/or supervising
5. Strong organization, computer, and training skills
6. The ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple situations at once
7. Experience in pump room preferred
8. Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner
