Job summary

Triton College is seeking an Aquatic Facilities Worker to support the cleaning and maintenance of the pool deck, pool, showers, locker rooms, and Aquatic Center spaces. This hourly role requires a flexible schedule to cover different days and times.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred), experience in general maintenance or pool environments, strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance or swimming pools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, emptying trash cans.
• Plan, organize, and schedule work.
• Maintain pool area and showers and perform maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience within general maintenance and or swimming pools.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

• Cleaning tasks can include:
