Do you have a passion for the field of Aquatics and enjoy working with people? Do you have experience in Aquatic Management and Supervisory experience? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the busy aquatics department at the Tri Branch YMCA!
Under the direction of the Branch Director, the Aquatic Director is primarily responsible for supervising all lifeguards and managing the safety of the pool at the Tri Community Branch, Lakefront at Camp Foskett, and the Andrew Petro pool in the summertime. Additional responsibilities involve supervising, training, coaching staff, administrative responsibility of the department, and providing program development in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the YMCA of the USA.

Pay: $47,476 annually
