Job summary

Serenity Aquarium & Aviary Services is seeking a part-time service assistant to support aquarium and aviary care in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The role requires basic hand tools, the ability to lift 50 lb bags, and travel within a 150-mile radius of Rockford, IL.

Compensation starts at $25.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and average 4 hours per week. Work involves long-term care settings, potential masking/goggles, and traveling to listed IL cities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fish keeping and/or bird keeping preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English.
• Driver’s license required.
