The Aquaculture Specialist in state service is a staff specialist which is substantially engaged in project proposal evaluation, contract preparation and execution and project monitoring; funding opportunities; reviews various complex plans, proposals and development projects for overall technical feasibility and makes appropriate recommendations. Conducts complex research and develops recommendations to aquaculture producers which involves comprehensive knowledge of industry policies, rules and regulations.
