About the Role:

As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you’ll lead engaging, results‑driven workouts in the pool, helping members achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll guide classes, educate participants on proper form and technique, offer modifications as needed, and create a motivating atmosphere that keeps them coming back.

Our state‑of‑the‑art facilities provide top‑tier equipment and dedicated class spaces, ensuring an optimal experience for both instructors and participants. Plus, we offer comprehensive training to help you become certified in Aqua Fitness—no prior aquatic experience is required!

What You Bring:

• Experience as a fitness instructor, with a passion for leading engaging and dynamic classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse group of participants.
• A solid understanding of fitness training principles and techniques within your area of expertise.
• A desire to grow professionally in exercise science, fitness training, customer relations, or the nonprofit sector.
