About the Role:

As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you'll lead engaging, results-driven workouts in the pool, helping members achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. You'll guide classes, educate participants on proper form and technique, offer modifications as needed, and create a motivating atmosphere that keeps them coming back.

Our state-of-the-art facilities provide top-tier equipment and dedicated class spaces, ensuring an optimal experience for both instructors and participants. Plus, we offer comprehensive training to help you become certified in Aqua Fitness-no prior aquatic experience is required!

What You Bring:

• Experience as a fitness instructor, with a passion for leading engaging and dynamic classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse group of participants.
• A solid understanding of fitness training principles and techniques within your area of expertise.
• A desire to grow professionally in exercise science, fitness training, customer relations, or the nonprofit sector.
