Job summary

EXOS Works, LLC in San Diego, CA seeks a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes, deliver engaging workouts, and create fresh routines that motivate participants.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, current national certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA), and CPR/AED. Instructors teaching branded formats must be trained/licensed for those formats. We offer full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes.

Responsibilities

As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be:

• Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

The Ideal Candidate will have

Compensation

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20-125/unit. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
