Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions to members and guests at our Redmond club. You will create an inviting, motivating experience and help participants feel welcome and challenged.

The role emphasizes safe technique instruction, high-quality classes, and strong member engagement, with opportunities to recruit new participants and maintain club standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session or class.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions so members feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
• Educate on safe techniques to keep sessions safe for all fitness levels.
• Increase attendance through engaging teaching and connection with participants.
• Maintain an average of 2 coaching classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
• Handle member concerns or direct to club management.
• Report equipment maintenance needs to management.
• Recruit new members to join classes.
• Start and finish sessions on time as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean and organized club environment.
