Job summary

Staffing Solutions Organization LLC is hiring an APS Investigator to support Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. You will investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation involving endangered adults, with on-site field investigations and travel across Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Marion, Montgomery, Howard, Tipton, and Clinton counties.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation involving endangered adults.
• Conduct interviews, review records, and coordinate with investigative agencies.
• Initiate and coordinate referrals to services and community resources.
• Document investigation activities, including case notes and safety plans.
• Serve as Priority A responder on a rotating 24-hour contact schedule.
• Ensure investigations are completed within required timeframes.
• Review and respond to quality assurance evaluations.
