Baptist Health in Heber Springs, AR, seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to provide direct patient care, diagnose and treat common ailments, and stabilize emergencies with physician collaboration. The role operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, at the Heber Springs Campus Clinic.

The APN will work under physician direction per protocol, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and coordination of care. Experience as an ANP is preferred and adherence to clinic policies is required.

Responsible for providing direct patient care, diagnosing and treating common ailments, and stabilizing emergencies prior to transport to hospital in collaboration with a licensed physician and under direction of the physician according to established protocol and policy statements.
