Job summary

Community Medical Group in Miami, FL is seeking a compassionate APRN to join our pediatric team. The APRN will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, collaborate with physicians, and promote preventive care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida APRN license, have 5+ years of APRN experience, and are proficient with EHR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Active Florida license as an APRN is required.
Minimum of five years of experience as a licensed APRN.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive patient evaluations.
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions.
Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida regulations and physician collaboration requirements.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and test results.
Counsel patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle modifications.
